Conditions of order
A 50% deposit is required at time of order and in the event of any cancellation all deposits are non-refundable.
I understand that all gowns are made to order and not made to measure, that Blossom can only order gowns to the fullest figure measurement in accordance to the designers size chart, and can then be altered privately to ensure the correct fit.
If pregnant at point of order or if measurements are given over the phone, I understand that Blossom will advise what size they consider is correct according to the designer’s size charts, but it will be my responsibility to confirm the dress size to be ordered due to the unpredictability of size at the point of fitting. I accept that Blossom cannot be held responsible at this point if the dress ordered is beyond alteration to establish the correct fit, and at this stage the gown is non-returnable, and all deposits paid will be lost, with any outstanding balances to be paid in full.
If changes in weight, shape or pregnancy occur after point of order/purchase, Blossom cannot be held responsible if the dress cannot be altered to fit, and I accept at this point the gown is non-returnable, and all deposits paid will be lost, with any outstanding balances to be paid in full.
I understand gowns must be collected within 2 weeks of notification of arrival. Failure to do so could result in additional charges.
I accept if shoes ordered in have to be exchanged that postage will be chargeable at £7.50 per exchange.
Alterations are not included in gown price.
And finally I accept Blossom cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control that would result in the non-delivery of my gown for the required function date.
I am happy that the measurements taken are correct, and for Blossom to order my gown and shoes under the above conditions.

MEN'S FORMAL HIRE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE:
These Terms and Conditions of Hire govern the relationship between you & us, & your signature on the relating paper work indicates your
acceptance of them.
HIRE OF GARMENTS:
We will hire to you the garments detailed on your order form, as long as
they are worn appropriately, & respectfully for the function intended. Please note we reserve the right to substitute garments due to unforeseen circumstances. All garments are quality checked & processed after each hire, & every effort is made to ensure the quality is to a high standard & that garments are free from any defects when collected by you. However, due to laundering & dry-cleaning there may be a slight shading difference in some garments.
BOOKING:
You must be measured & fitted at Blossom Bridal With Men's Formal Hire, as we would be unable to guarantee the fit from other measurements. It is your responsibility to check that all the details on the order form (e.g. function date, garments etc.) are correct. The hire period is deemed to start on the agreed Collection Date up until the agreed Return Date.
DEPOSIT:
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total hire charge must be paid on placing the order, or at time of fitting.
CHANGES TO ORIGINAL ORDER:
We reserve the right to charge you 50% of the original hire cost, per garment for any change you request against your original order.
COLLECTION OF GARMENTS:
It is advisable to call Blossom Bridal With Men's Formal Hire to confirm that your order is
available for collection, & that there have been no unforeseen delays
prior to you travelling to the store. We will not be liable for any costs
expenses, losses or damages incurred or suffered by you, which could have been avoided if you had complied with this requirement. We will not be liable for any attempt to collect your order before the agreed Collection Date, unless this is stated on your order form. Any failure to collect the garments will be deemed to be a cancellation & accordingly, you will be charged the total hire charge for each garment ordered.

The total hire charge is payable before or on the date agreed for collection of all garments.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to try on their suit/accessories on the evening of the agreed Collection Date prior to the function Date.

If the fit is not satisfactory due to weight loss or gain, you must report this to us immediately, or no later than 12 noon the following day. We will try & allocate replacement items, but we cannot guarantee that replacement items can be substituted in time for your Function. If we are able to substitute replacement items, additional charges may be applied, payment of which will be your responsibility.
All replacements must be inspected & tried on by you (or other members of you party if applicable). We shall have no liability for your own expenses (e.g. travel costs, time off work etc.) incurred during this fitting & collection process for whatever reason.
FITTING:
You agree with all sizes written down at point of fitting, & it is your responsibility to challenge this if you are unhappy with the fit.
Any changes to sizes made by you after this point will be chargeable.
As children's sizes change quite significantly whilst they are growing, you should arrange to fit any children for whom you are hiring garments, no sooner than 6 weeks prior (no later than 4) to the Function Date. We will have no liability for any costs, expenses, losses or damages incurred or suffered by you as a result of your failure to comply with any of the above requirements.
LATE FITTINGS:
Late fittings will be any order placed less than six weeks prior to the
function date. Late fittings may be accepted at our discretion but we
cannot guarantee the items will be available for your function, & we shall have no liability for your own expenses (e.g.travel costs, time off work etc.) incurred during this fitting process for whatever reason.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
As the individual who signs the order form, if you are hiring garments for
more than one individual you agree with these Terms and Conditions of the Hire, (& accept all responsibility) for all other members of your party, & you will notify us of any costs, expenses, losses or damages incurred or suffered by us, as a result of any failure by any member of your party to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Hire.
RETURN OF GARMENTS:
You are responsible for the safe return of all hired garments in an undamaged condition,
& are fully responsible for them at their current retail value until they are returned to us.
You will notify us against any loss or damage to all garments during the hire period, any failure to return any garment bags or hat boxes.
(+) You, the hirer, authorise Blossom Bridal With Men's Formal Hire Ltd to debit your credit or charge (debit) card to the current retail value of the goods hired & late charges as listed.

All garments must be returned by the agreed Return Date stated on the Order Form. Failure to do so will result in an excess charge of £10 per suit/accessories per day after the stated Return Date. If this exceeds three days, a full charge for all items hired at their current retail value will be made. (0n return of all hired garments, in this instance deductions will be made for extended hire & any difference will be refunded). Failure to return any garment bag or hat box, will incur a charge of £25 for each item, a charge of £5 will be made for non-return of hangers. All charges for late return will be payable by you.
There is no exception to this condition.
If you fail to return any hired garments, we will pursue the return of all
garments and all monies owing.

CARE OF GARMENTS:
Goods are hired on the understanding that they shall be returned in an
undamaged condition, & the hirer undertakes to be fully responsible for them at their current retail value until they are returned. Garments must not be altered in any way. Under no circumstances should top hats be thrown in the air.
*ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER:
Payment of Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) by you covers any
charges that would normally arise following accidental damage, to any or
all of the garments, provided that they were being worn appropriately, & respectfully for the function intended (with the exception of top hats, white tuxedo’s & children’s outfits under the ages of 15, which are NOT covered by the ADW).
ADW does not cover garments, which have in our opinion been damaged through fake tan, inappropriate (disrespectful) use, lost or stolen.
We reserve the right to charge you (+) for the current retail value of any garment which is lost, stolen or returned damaged (unless covered by our ADW).
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
All Orders being cancelled 24 hours after the Order Date, Deposits will be non-refundable.
All Orders being cancelled with less than six weeks notice before the function Date, the total hire charge for each garment ordered will be payable in full.
With the exception of evening hire, which will be chargeable in full, if less than five days notice is given.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
We will not be liable for any loss of profits, any indirect and/or consequential losses. In any event our liability is limited to the full hire cost of the order, in connection with which any claim or potential claim relates.
DATA PROTECTIONACT 1998:
WE ARE PCI COMPLIANT, and under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a legal duty to protect any personal information we collect from you & we will take all necessary steps to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 & its relevant subordinate legislation when handling any personal data which you may provide us. We will collect personal information from you in order to provide you with the products and services you request from us, & will use the personal information you supply us for this purpose only. We will hold your information for as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose. We may assign our right to recover payment for any or all charges (including charges payable in connection with any damaged, missing, late or unreturned item) payable by you under your order to Keates of Witney Ltd (or such other third party we may determine) Where we so assign our right to recover payment. You acknowledge & agree that we may pass your personal details (including your credit card details) to such other third party as we may appoint, for the purpose of processing and collecting such charges. You further acknowledge & agree that Keates of Witney Ltd (or such other third party so appointed by us) may hold any such personal details that we pass to them until such time as you return to Keates of Witney Ltd all the garments and accessories hired by you from us, as set out in your order & Terms & Conditions of Hire.
Refund Policies
All sale items are non-refundable or returnable.
We do make sure all products are checked over by yourself to make sure you are 100% happy with your items before leaving the store, and sign your order form to confirm this.
At this point items would be non returnable which is stated on your conditions of order.
Due to the nature of our business all items are ordered in especially for customers, which we pay for in full before items are shipped.
